IMPORTANT DATES
Tutorial Proposal Submittal deadline: Saturday 1 September 2007
Tutorials proposals should be submitted to wcnc2008@comsoc.org with the tutorial submittal form.
Acceptance Notification: Monday 1 October 2007
Tutorial Workbook Submission: 29 February 2008
- Tutorial presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Powerpoint or as a PDF file with 2 slides per page and emailed as an attachment to wcnc2008@comsoc.org
- Tutorial workbooks will be produced in black and white
AUDIO - VISUAL
- Each tutorial presentation room will be set with an LCD projector, lavaliere microphone and laser pointer. If you require an overhead projector, laptop or other equipment please email wcnc2008@comsoc.org
REGISTRATION
Tutorial presenters will receive a Complimentary Registration. This will allow you access to your tutorial as well as the WCNC Opening Keynote, WCNC technical and panel sessions, WCNC Welcome Reception and the CTIA WIRELESS Keynote and Exhibits.. Your registration doe not include a complimentary tutorial. Your badge will be available for pick-up at the Pre-Registration Counter on-site in Las Vegas. If you wish to attend a tutorial other than your own, you will need to register with payment.
